To receive a full refund for an order, you must request it before the order is shipped. We usually ship your orders within 24 hours of confirmation.

If you request a refund after the order has been shipped, you will need to return the entire order at your own expense within 30 days of the order.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
