This is the first coffee from Nicaragua that we roast, and we are extremely excited about this addition to our bold coffee menu.
It comes from our new friends at Finca Distribution (Vancouver), who exclusively import coffee from Nicaragua.
It's also the first carbonic maceration coffee to be featured on our menu. Stay tuned for our upcoming posts to learn more about this process, but in short, it basically means it's going to be very fruity and bold!
