OH FUDGE, YUKI! This is the coffee of Yuki Minami, a young female producer and founder of the AEQUITAS COFFEE group, which plays a very important role in developing sustainable relationships between producers in her region and the specialty coffee market worldwide.
We are honored to offer you this Yellow Catuaí natural process coffee, which brings out notes of brownie, almond, and rose.
We were in touch with YUKI MINAMI just yesterday, and she told us that they consider this lot to be their best coffee, year after year. They pay special attention to it, knowing it’s a versatile coffee that will appeal to everyone.
