It is the coffee of Yuki Minami, a young woman producer and founder of the AEQUITAS COFFEE group who plays a very important role in the development of lasting relationships between producers in her region and the specialty coffee market around the world.
We are honored to be able to offer you this natural process yellow Catuai that brings out notes of brownie, almond and rose.
We were talking to YUKI MINAMI just yesterday and she told us that they consider this batch their best coffee, year after year. They pay particular attention to it knowing that it is a versatile coffee that will please everyone.
