WHAT THIS COFFEE MEANS TO US

For the past three years, we’ve been buying coffee from Roberto Cheves thanks to our friends at Balam Coffee in Montreal.

This year, we had the chance to purchase four different lots, including this very small lot of GESHA, perfect for our ALCOVE. Without really knowing what to expect, we agreed to buy it blindly, since Roberto’s rigor and practices allow us to trust the quality of every lot coming from his farm.

Our relationship with Roberto is very important to us, and we’re grateful to be able to work with producers of his caliber, year after year.
